Lessandra Bacoor - AMENITIES

The Lessandra by Camella Homes is a rather simple residential community. This is just a heads up so you won’t expect too much regarding community features and amenities. However, that does not mean that the Lessandra is devoid of any kind of exclusive features for the residents. There are still a couple of features that you can look out for when you move into your new home in Lessandra Bacoor.

First of all, even though the Lessandra community is just a simple neighborhood, it does not mean that the developers will forget to provide the residents with even the basic security features, quite the contrary actually. First, the entire compound is surrounded by a tall concrete perimeter wall. This wall is smoothly finished and quite steep so would-be intruders will not have anything to grab onto, and if by chance they do reach the top, they will be met by kilometers upon kilometers of sharp, barbed wire.

Aside from the imposing perimeter wall, there is also a team of professional security personnel who guard the entire community. There is always one or two guards posted on the main entrances of the compound and their job is to screen and monitor everyone who goes in and out of the Lessandra. If the person has no business going into the compound (like solicitors, vendors, and the like) then the guards will prohibit them from entering. The guards also regularly conduct patrols around the neighborhood so they can spot if there is anything suspicious happening while also letting them respond quickly if any one of the residents need help.

The streets inside the community are also wide enough that emergency vehicles like ambulances and fire engines will have no trouble responding to emergency situations inside the Lessandra Bacoor should they happen.

There are also dozens of security cameras installed all over the public areas in the community, and the guards posted in the main guardhouse are constantly monitoring the feeds that come from them. Intruders really should think twice before trying to gain illegal entry into the Lessandra Bacoor because there are unblinking electronic eyes that are keeping a close watch on the residents.

Now, enough of the safety features of the Lessandra Bacoor. Let us discuss the recreational facilities within the community. First of all, the community has its own multi-purpose court. Here, you can play basketball, volleyball, or any other sport with your family and/or neighborhood friends. The court also has flood lights so you can play a couple of rounds of basketball at night if you wanted to.

There is also a central gazebo/community clubhouse in the middle of the community. You can hang out here during the afternoons and shoot the breeze with your neighbors. There is also a small children’s playground beside the gazebo where your young children can play with the other neighborhood kids without you worrying about their safety.

Yes, the Lessandra Bacoor may only have the basics with regards to community amenities but it should not really matter much to you since you actually bought your home there at a relatively affordable price.
